trying to get a cab at 5 am in the morning is impossible no one picks up the bloody Phone it's a nightmare. usually, this cab service is alright but last few months it seems they just don't care about their customers. i had to phone elsewhere to get a cab. they have lost custom from me. there meant to be 24/7 but its ridiculous

The night time staff are different to the daytime staff. Call for a cab at 10.30pm and didn't come until 11.30pm. The the cab asked for the money up front which they have never done done before, I didn't have enough money I told the driver that I've extra money at home, about the bloody man wants to argue with me, telling that the manager for that night said that driver must take but I was not moving after waiting all that time looking after a sick sibling, he was rude, told me to shut up as he was speaking, telling me that he's doing a me a favour by taking me home. I am a grown ass woman not a baby, me and him was arguing all the way home. I just told him if you don't take me home, take me to the nearest police station, they will take me home. When I got home my son had the extra money on him, I out the cab threw the money at him and cussed his ass.
