I have been a regular customer of GRANADA CARS since 2003. They have always arrived on time, collect from inside airport terminals and use comfortable/safe cars. Additionally, the routes drivers select to go to your destination are generally sensible. I highly recommend the service.

Excellent service. I took a cab from their office in the early morning of Saturday after a night out and got safely home not knowing that I had forgotten my purse in the taxi. I had all my cards, driving licence and money in it. A few hours later I got a message on facebook from the cab office to let me know they had my stuff, I never shared my details with them but when they found my IDs they googled my name and got my fb. I couldn't believe that someone would go to that length to contact me to give me my things back!!! Any other place and the driver would have kept my money and thrown my IDs away or maybe even sold them. One word: BRILLIANT!

They over charge on cab fare there prices are always £5 or more that what is suppose to be different fare every time I ask.... One of the controllers has no manners what so ever don't know ho to communicate with the public and don't know nothing about what he's doing dont use them

Terrible service. I would never recommend this two bit company. I rang for a cab and they said it would be 5-10 mins. After 20 I called back and they said it was almost there. After 30 mins I called again (it was a work night and I was tired) they said it was outside and almost there but an hour later it had not arrived. I would not recommend this service to anyone it is a terrible service and I would never use them again.
