After an accident that wasn't my fault, my insurers assessed my car as a write off, due to the repair quote from their chosen garage. John Thompson went more than the extra mile to repair it for an amount the insurers would allow, and did an absolutely beautiful job. I am so grateful. Great company

I have been using this garage for around the last 10 years and have put everything from my company Audis to my own porsches in there. At the moment they have my Jaguar XK as i wanted the aeriel removed (its external).

Cannot recommend John enough (he owns the place)

Based on the Review already written on this Company, I went along this week to get a minor repair done, fully expecting to have to pay for a respray of some sort. I chatted to one of the reception guys and he advised the repair could be done by simply using an abrasive polish like T-Cut. He apologised for not being able to do it there and then but asked if I'd mind popping back again the following morning. I did at 8a.m, and by 8.15am I was on my way and the car had been fixed. Guess what? No charge!

I have been using JR Thompsons since 1987 and i'm on 44 years of age. It doesn't matter which top of the range vehicle I own I have still continued to use them over the years as I always feel satisfied after collecting my car.
I think that says alot about the of service they provide. Definitely a Top Quality Service, so they must carefully select a very high standard of professionally skilled engineers. A credit to them.
