As a young female driver I worry I'll be ripped off at garages. Empire were professional, helpful and put me at ease through the whole process after my fan belt broke. Very good price for the work done. Would recommend to a friend and have already done so.

I am expremely pleased with the bodywork done on my Jagaur. The dent was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price, the repair is invisible and the paint colour match was expertly done. Happy to recommend Empire to anyone.

I had used a number of garages to service my car, but never really felt comfortable that I could rely on the work being done to a good standard. I just got home after getting my car serviced at Empire Garages and all i can is that the service and quality of their customer service is absolutely brilliant. They are very professional and experts with very efficient skills. It was my first time there and I am extremely happy with all the service and pricing. They worked their magic on my car and now I feel like I am driving a Brand new Car. I am very impressed with their service. I had EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

I have been a customer of Empire Garages for about 5 years. Ajay and his staff are always polite and helpful. When it comes to cars it is difficult for a woman to trust garages but Empire Garages are different to the others. When they change the parts of the car they give you the old parts so that you could see what they have done. They were extremely helpful when my car wouldn't start. They came over straight away and towed it to the garage. Excellent service!!

Headlights gave up on my during school run next to this garage and just turned into the garage with no prior appointment.
I found the staff very understanding and helpful.. changed my headlights for me whilst waiting and even offered me a cuppa!

Using Empire Garages for almost 3 yrs. Every time I come with the problem they solve is super fast. Most of the times I receive discounts and free advice. Sometimes they will check your car free of charge. If some part is not functioning they explain why and show you picture amazing service.

I have used Empire Garage for about 15 years now, and they have looked after a wide range of cars for me. The service is always fast, efficient and courteous.
They are always able to deal with any problems and I find there prices reasonable

I have been using Empire Garages for years, & have been amazed with the quality of service. Each time I have had an issue Empire have advised me and addressed the problem in great time! They can be a little more competitive in terms of price.... but I would highly recommend this garage to all!!

very friendly staff they go out of there way to help you, very good service and good prices, i would always use them, my stop light bulb was not working and they fitted a new bulb for free i only paid for the bulb free labour and it seemed tricky to do, thank you empire, i recomend to use them.

I have used Empire Garage for a very long time and the customer service is excellent and the prices are what they say on the prints out. I have had no problems with them and I have also recommended other fiends to use them and I would still keep on recommeding Empire garage they are fanatic.

I have used the garage several times but I will not use them again. Very unfriendly staff and they try and rip you off with their prices. They are also not that experienced and tend to give the wrog advise.
