We have moved away from the area, from Richmond to Dorking but we still take both our cars there as we trust them to a very good job at a fair price and they always come up trumps. They are very friendly, helpful, and are great with woman drivers unlike some garages which turn into condescending gits at the sight of a woman, or worse.
They have looked after my little Mercedes and my husbands BMW.

I have been using GSC for a few years now and would recommend it to anyone. Keith and the guys who work there are really friendly, very efficient and above all, honest. The other customers I meet there all say the same so dont 'get' the negative review. Probably someone who thinks they are some kind of VIP. As a lifelong Twickenham resident I wont be going anywhere else. Only tip is make sure you book as clearly they are busy for a reason!

We've been customers for donkey's years. The guys who work at The Green are always friendly, reliable, well-priced and most importantly, know exactly what they're doing. Highly recommended!

I have been using this place for years, giving them good business. However this has always been despite the attitude of the owner, Keith. I have put up with his atrocious manners and zero customer service because it was cheap and local and the young lads seemed to do an OK job. But he has just got worse and worse, the standard of work has declined (things you ask to be done get forgotten, for example) and it isn't even cheap.
I have discovered that I can get servicing done at an alternative establishment by Audi trained technicians for the same price, where I am treated with courtesy, not made to feel I am being done a favour, the car is washed and most of all, they communicate.
Sadly I will never go back after being insulted today. The guy doesn't deserve anyone's business any more. AVOID.

Sorry to hear that Mr.Fisher was not satisfied, he has a twelve year old Audi and unfortunately
it failed the MOT on a Power Steering fault which had to go to a specialist for repair.
We are a very busy garage with hundreds of satisfied customers. Mr. Fisher has based his report on the fact that he arrived on a Saturday to collect his car and was in a hurry. I( the
grumpy garage proprietor) was in the the middle of an MOT Test and Mr. Fisher would not wait a few minutes for me to complete an inspection. What a shame that he felt the need to write a blog, he was not charged for his retest. Regarding communication, we kept him regularly informed about his repairs and I personally telephoned him twice to let him know that his car was ready.

Very poor communication. Tend to charge a lot just for a service.
Always get a quote before you leave your car with them.
Poor customer service, did not call to say car was ready.
