Warenty... There is no such word unless you fight for it. Iv got a 09 plate Vivaro that I took in for ABS warning light on the dashboard and no brake lights. They said it was a blown fuse and would cost me somthing like £8.00. I said ABS and brake light wont be on same fuse. They test drove it and fuse blow again. Was a wirring fault under dash.. No 6 months later just got recaul for wirring being shorted by sharp bet on iner wing
Clutch slipping after under 18000 miles. They say that not a warrenty fault. Now after letters saying they will inspect it to see if iv been ridding the clutc. Trouble is its now been slipping for 3000 miles so of course it will look like its been slipping.........

Having purchased my vehicle from this dealership and been tied into their servicing scheme for three years, I am well placed to assure you that you need to avoid the servicing and m.o.t centre at this establishment...
On my final servicing/m.o.t with them, they added replacement parts (due to reasibs of wear and tear), that I had only replaced myself 2 months prior to the appointment... Upon questioning them on these charges, their engineer 're-checked' the parts and determined that I was correct, the parts didn't need replacing.
Couple this, with appalling customer service - giving me 5 minutes notice to collect my car before the servicing department closed, then making me go without my car for a full week until I was able to attend the garage on a day when I was available and the service centre was re-opened.
I received no discount for my inconvenience, but the sheer fact that I proved they are willing to charge you for multiple parts that don't need replacing, in order to boost their revenue shows how little integrity this business has....
DON'T GO THERE!!!!!
FYI Incidents occured from 2006-2009.
