NEVER EVER BUY WITH THIS GARAGE

I purchased a Class B mercedes from this garage on the 21th of December which I paid £3400 for . On my way home I realised that one of the door did not close wether from inside or outside. However the MOT was done on the same day ( or at least thats what the paperwork said ... ) since then I was unable to drive the car also due to the fact that servicing hasnt been done ans there was no paperwork for the car.
From Dec 22 I called numerous time as well as texting to arrange for him to repair the car but it was in vain. When he finally replied he told me to bring the car however the repair was not done properly.
This whole situation had left me upset me and depressed More over my whole Christmas was ruined as I had paid for a car that I could not use . I feel like they abused the fact that I was a woman and came alone to buy a car . They abused my trust and tricked me into thinking the car was a good bargain!!
I live 2 h from you garage , been asking him to do something as I could t stay without car anymore, I cannot stay like that chasing him for a repair, chasing him, calling him to have an appointment chasing him to have some new regarding the parts of car. I don't know if it was a game for him but he make me depressed more than anything.

Bought a car from these people in October and have had nothing but problems with it since and every attempt to contact them they refuse to help. Do not ever buy a car from this garage

This is a terrible dealership. A family member bought a car off them and they were very pleasant and helpful, yet when she got the car home it had endless problems and that they would not address and suddenly the previously pleasant salesman were never available. She never received the log book and then was unable to tax the car as they had never sent the logbook back to DVLA and it was registered in someone else's name. When the car finally broke down she was unable to sell it due to it not even being registered in her name.

After calling them repeatedly and even visiting, she was told that the person she needed to talk to was either 'on holiday' 'not in the office' 'not available' etc
Absolutely no customer service at all! In fact i cannot believe people like this are in business at and clearly they need reporting to someone.

Bought a car with no visible problems, then took it for a service and was told my garage that car was in awful condition underneath, cracked chassey, had been poorly repaired etc. tried to contact and rude on the phone, denying all knowledge. No HBI check prior. Have fully been done over and been treated poorly

Bought a car in December from this company the worst thing I’ve ever done. He didn’t keep his promise about fixing a few things that needed doing, and I’ve just found out that the car isn’t in my name he didn’t send the logbook off, my stupid fault for not checking, I tried phoning him this morning He didn’t answer the phone, I texted him he text back told him the DVLA have told me the car is still in his name he told me it wasn’t, I explained that my car is being clamped because no tax I I haven’t received a reminder for the tax , and he told me to * off.

I went to his so called car dealership this morning. The guy who I spoke to was on his phone conversing with someone else while dealing with me. He offered me a vehicle which had rust issues and proceeded to tell me "all used cars have rust". I told him I would not be purchasing a car with rust as it would only get progressively worse. He then turned his back and told me he has nothing for me, and walked off. At thay point, I told him he was rude and left the site.

This company has NO customer service and by the looks of it are very suspect. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
