Bought a used car here in Jan 2010. It turned out to have a fault that could not have been appreciated in a vehicle check - faulty seals that let in the rain at the rear. McCarthy fixed it without a second thought; indeed, when the first fix failed, they were so concerned that they picked the car up from my home and dropped it off the next day. They had resisted hard my attempts to haggle on the original purchase, but this excellent aftersales service more than justifies that.

McCarthy Cars sold us a car, led us to believe for 3 days that it was ours, took all our bank details for the finance option and then told us it had been sold to someone else. They are highly unreputable and I suggest no-one uses them.
