Wow I called today about quite a quick query about my wing mirrors not opening when I unlocked the car as they usually do. There was absolutely no advice or any problem solving from the advisor. All she could suggest is that I drive with no wing mirrors to Wimbledon and when I said how dangerous that would be she suggested having the car recovered so they could carry out a £96 diagnostic to find out the problem. Wow what an unpleasant shock. I called a friend that had the same car and the same had happened to her and she advised where I could find a knob to activate the wing mirrors. As I may have knocked it and deactivated it. Simple as that. So Ford were terrible. They were so money hungry it’s unbelievable. Don’t want to be a Ford customer any longer. Very disappointed, need to reassess that process of dealing with small queries otherwise what’s the point of being there

Have been waiting nearly 2 years for a refund that was authorised by a sales manager who has now apparently left and after speaking to multiple people in the shop nobody has tried to resolve the issue. Have spoken to members of the sales, service and finance team. But nobody seems to want to resolve this issue.
I was sold Warrantly4Life which I paid for when buying the car that was then cancelled without my knowledge and refund was and has still not been given to me. Despite it being “authorised ” by the sales manager at the time.
Very unprofessional, poor and frustrating customer experience.

Poor information from the service department front desk. I put my car in for a full service and a number of items came back needing attention. One of these was the wheel lock key. It had been flagged on the service report but the girl on the desk said it was "worn and could do with replacing". I left thinking this could be done another day. I am afraid unusable would have been a better description. When I checked it later I found it in 2 pieces. If something really is unusable then this should be made clear to the customer before leaving the Garage.

I always check this item before putting my car into the garage and it was fine. When I quizzed the Services Manager they told me "this could not have been damaged by them as they only use the master set they own to remove all customers vehicles wheels". It would be useful to highlight in the confirmation of the service booking what needs to be left with the car.

Excellent Customer Service, Well Done!

I get many people only leave reviews over gripes, however Dees Wimbledon really have given us a great service so I wanted to share that.

In June we bought a used Seat from Dees. After 3 weeks problem-free driving a troubling intermittent fault arose. Dees authorised and paid for Seat to diagnose and carry out suggested repair, however the fault continued on & off. 5 months later we decided we couldn't keep the car and asked Dees to take it back. Without argument they gave us a full refund. My thanks to Chris Brown & Taran, we'll definitely be back

Just had an appalling experience with the Motability salesman who was argumentative and didn't listen to my thoughts at all. Told me he really wasn't interested in part exchange, then changed his mind then changed it back again. He did not know the ins and outs of the Motability scheme at all. I felt particularly unwanted as a customer and at worse an irritation. My suggestion for improvement would be to educate the salesman about the scheme and to remind staff that EVERY customer is a potential sale.

I took out a service plan. Never again. I was charged originally £997.94 for service & mot complained which came down to £610.40. I had my battery replaced, brake fluid changed, front brake pads and discs replaced. Their invoice is not clear. I wasn't convinced with their explanation. I resented paying this amount. They make up their own prices. I won't be using them again. This is a warning to anyone thinking of taken out a service plan. it's not worth the paper it's written on. You will end up paying more money. They should not be allowed to get away with it.

The new service manager is excellent. After a number of mildly disappointing service experiences before his time, he took personal responsibility for ensuring a longstanding issue was resolved satisfactorily.

Dreadful. I went there today intending to buy a Ford KA. Was left waiting 30 minutes as no-one was available to do the test drive - despite it being prebooked. Staff ignorant and unable to answer even simple questions about the cars they are trying to sell. Eventually the salesman admitted he didn't know much about cars. Published prices appear higher than other London Ford dealers, so if you must go here, research the prices of the other Ford dealers before you start negotiating. I walked out and will buy elsewhere.

I wanted to make a routine enquiry about a product in Ford range.
I made it clear that all I wanted at this stage was rudimentary information.
I was immediately set on with requests for my telephone number, hassling me to visit the dealership, offers of Finance (which I stated had zero interest to me).
I stopped the person my politiely asking him to refrain from this aggressive tactic and started again.
However such is the ways I assume these guys are incentivised he started all over again in the same vein.
Lubricious policy which will lose them sales/business.

Please don't ignore the bad reviews as one customer said. These guys are in need of serious improvement. Keeping customers waiting for long periods. The staff are not that knowledgable and to to make matters worse I saw one of their phone scripts which was in an open folder. i wasn't meant to see it but the final passage read. "Put your hand over the phone for no more than 10 seconds and then inform the buyer you have just spoken to the sales manager who has said there may be a car suitable". I mean seriously would you buy a car off people who are scripted to lie? Dreadful.

Please never even consider using this company, they are deceitful conmen at best, my father was buying a car from them only for it to fall through at the last minute due to it being not fit for use, so they are selling it to some poor sod at auction, they then refused to give back the deposit my father put down for the knackered car. They then rang him to say they had another similar car but a little more money, my dad liked the car but needed me to go guarantor as dees told him i would be perfect due to nbeing a homeowner, which i was happy to do, when going to sign the paperwork i noticed i was having to sign all the paperwork and my dad didnt, so i informed the salesman, a ginger bloke, that i was just there as guarantor, he informed me that he knew that as they advised my dad to do this due to him being refused finance but that as a guarantor i had to sign the paperwork in front of me to accept the loan agreement and then we could discuss this after, i refused to sign, left and rang my wife to double check that i was right in thinking the finance agreement should be in my dads name, and i was right despite the salesman trying in vain to tell me i was wrong, i refused to sign much to his anger, its 3 weeks on and they still are refusing to repay the deposit, what they done was apply for the finance in my name due to me being a homeowner, got it accepted for £5000 but at no point asked me and did not inform me untill i asked the question which was why he wanted to get the paper work done before speaking to me, once its signed you cant do anything, this is a fraudulent attempt of obtaining money, the words of trading standards not mine, i rang them this morning and they are taking this matter very seriously and i should hear back from them later
please dont use this company they are only interested in your money, which is fair enough, but they will stop at nothing to get it even if it means being dishonest to the point its almost criminal.

Do not buy a car from this dealers if you expect decent/standard customer service. After sales service is non existent. Rude staff, inconsistent and very unreliable.
I am very disappointed with the way that I have been treated as a customer and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Where do I start? Brought the car in 2009 and they tried to sell me the car with both rear tyres totally bald, after kicking up a fuss they changed them, Salesman told me to by Gold Warranty telling me 'you will never have to put your hand in your pocket when using this warranty'. What a liar!!! my car has been in the Ford garage at least four times in the two years and each time it has cost me hundreds of pounds which amount to more that the Gold Warranty in the first place!! Each time my car has been in it has also cost me car hire and extra petrol on top. I find with the staff they seemed to be trained to get maximum money out of the customer if you find the costs unreasonable you don't get your car back.

In the Gold warranty booklet the clause for them to charge the earth which states 'if the authorised repair results in the condition of your vehicle being better than immediately prior to the breakdown your may be required to pay towards costs'. What a great clause it gives them license to charge you the earth!! Of course the car will be better than the previous state as it has been repaired. And FORD sold me this policy knowing that they will make money every time. Not only that the warranty only covers pattern parts and all Ford parts are chargable, this of course depreciates the value of your car so on trade in Ford can then offer less money!!

I will never use Ford again I have found their customer approach to be absolutely dispicable, as long as they can charge the earth that appears to be their main priorty. This is the first time I have ever brought a newer car as I usually have an old banger that has needed less repairs!!

The repair to my car this time I was told by the repairs desk not to use my car on frequent short journeys!?????

£69 to replace brake fluid? What a joke! I managed to haggle my service price down refusing to pay more than I had been quoted. As it was it was FAR too high for a second service on a new car. They did not return my car within the day as assured.DO NOT BOTHER - these people make their own prices up.
I had my car done elsewhere before for half the price - sadly I'm now in London.

Charged me 1250 quid for a service and MOT where all that needed doing was change two tyres, the wipers and adjust the headlights on a Focus. Dees added in work that was not authorised at ridiculous prices and then held my car ransom until I paid. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing. My third service for Ford KA (bought from new from them) set me back £800+ (which for a 3 year old low mileage car is absurd). It was left in a mess inside with some damage to the dashboard. I also had to have repairs made at another dealership to fix a problem with the heating I believe was caused by them having left it running at full steam for quite some time. I also had to have my brakes checked this week only to find that the pads and discs were both so worn that they had quite obviously not been looked at for some time and therefore not at that last service. Not a happy experience and not what I would expect from a dealership I had bought a vehicle from.

Just had my fiesta service at Dees of Wimbledon , Amazing went to another ford dealer and they wanted £259 Dees did it for £129 and that inc a fuel check that i am told will or could save upto 20% on my fuel. The only thing i could moan about was the parking but it is a busy site.I would use them again and again in fact i have already sent a mate to them and she got the same deal.

Bought 5 month old car from Dees. From day 1 the fuel guage has not registered correctly-fuel light comes on at quarter of a tank then after about 5 miles the guage drops down to the red (empty). They just contacted me to say "nothing is coming up in the codes", which basically means that they have not found anything. When I said that there is definately a problem, the very unfriendly lady proceeded to tell me that there is nothing they can do about it and even under warranty, it could end up costing me to fix.Remember this car is only 5 months old. This Ford dealerships after sales care is null.I have never been spoken to the way that unfriendly lady spoke to me.I will be taking this up with Ford Head Office. To add to all this, they gave me a courtesy car with no petrol in tank and charged me £10 per day for "Insurance".Nice litter earner for Ford if you ask me!Perhaps they are used to dealing with people that just sit back.Well they are in for a shock.

Very disappointed with Dees service centre. My car was booked in after breaking down just before Christmas and I was promised progress reports but never got any. Finally told on Tuesday 5th Jan that repair would cost £2500.00. The car is worth at best £1,000.00.
