bought a car from these guys a year ago and was told it was fully serviced, a year later after getting my car serviced I find out that the spark plugs are cross threaded and will cost a FORTUNE to fix, that’s if I can find someone to do it as I’m struggling with that.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They either put the spark plugs in themselves and sold the car knowing what they done
Or they would have known the spark plugs was cross threaded they that serviced the car
As they claim they car was serviced 2 months before I brought they car
DON NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Customer service needs massive improvement knowledge of British Consumer Law and communications, there are other dealerships much more qualified
