I would highly recommend Theoco! The service I received was nothing less than outstanding. I called up some what distressed as I had just wrecked the side of the passenger door of my brand new car. She advised me pop in and ask for Dimitri on arrival. Rushed down met with Dimitri, who was so nice and reassured me the door could be fixed and it wouldn’t cost a fortune. My car was booked in for the following Monday, they collected it and gave me a courtesy car. On Friday morning I got a call saying my car was ready and it would be dropped off later that afternoon. I was so eager I said I’d pick it up right away. When I saw my car a almost wept, the body work was amazing, you’d never know!

My Citroen DS5H had broken down in London N4 and could not be driven.
I had to get back to North Lincolnshire urgently. Despite phoning Citroen directly no dealers could look at the car for 5/7 days !.However thanks to both Debbie and Becky of Theoco who were so helpful and appreciated my
problem even though they too were very busy my car was repaired with a new auxiliary belt and pulley being fitted .The car was washed and vacuumed and ready for me to collect within 36 hours.All under warranty.
Thats what I call service something that is all too rarely experienced these days.Thanks again.

I took my car in to have the headlights changed, and was very specific about what I wanted. This company has acted in an unprofessional manner. They fitted inferior products my car and refused to take responsibility for. I certainly wouldn't recommend them or ever use them again. I wasted over £1000 and had to get another company to rectify the the mess they had made. They refused to give any of my money back I was totally disgusted.

I have used Theoco for many years. I have always found them helpful and professional. They offer excellent value for money and a personal service, calling to remind you the day before, calling to inform you of the true cost of work etc. They are a family run business and they do treat their customers similarly which is why so many people keep coming back to them. A great family company

I also went to them as part of a deal to service the Air Cond in my car.

I had to wait a bit but considering that I was there on a weekend it was not unreasonable and I came prepared.

I was also told there was a leak, but they did regas it as it was minor. They didn't ask for any additional money to check where the leak was and told me it was likely to be behind the dashboard as the machine spotted the leak and not the mechanic. I was actually told it didn't need looking at immediately but at later at some point.

They also came back with issues around the car from the inspection - but at no point was a I pressured to get work done by them.

First, they said there was a leak, so they could not regas it. Then they asked £40 to check where the leak was. They gave an irrelevant info saying it was behind the dashboard, no idea how much would be the part, just the quote for the labour : £700 (7hours). A friend of mine came around and checked the Air Con system : the leak was found in less than 5min, under the bonnet, was repaired in no time and it is now working perfectly again.
This garage really try to make you think you have real problems with your car when it does not ! They would have charged me hundreds of pounds for nothing !
AVOID !!!
