Review of Capital Car and Van Hire
"Warning!! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS FIRM"
I really wish I had looked this firm up before renting from them, I made a schoolboy error in not checking the state of each and every wheel rim and surprise surprise I get charged for a new tyre and three scuffed alloys that I did not damage. Looking at the reviews this is a typical MO for this crowd of scammers. I have reported them to both Visa and the trading standards, my advice is to avoid at all costs!
On top of this 'scam' they supplied no paperwork before delivery and even the paperwork they supplied on delivery was very flimsy and most of it was wrong, when I queried it they were quick to change it but I wonder how many people are fooled by these rogues.
