T Emanuel, that was what exactly what happened to me last night. I was in a rush to get something from Sainsburys to cook for a family member who is disable and did not even noticed I parked outside the bay as the car park was quite empty. Got back to the car within about half an hour and was shocked to see the yellow envelope.

If Sainsburys/M&S has signed a new contract with Euro Carpark they should at least inform their customer with big signpost telling them to be careful when parking as they could easily be fined for parking at the carpark.

Everyone knows car parking firms are there to make as much money as they can therefore will persecute drivers for the smallest offence irrespective of whether they are right or not.

Sainsbury/M&S are complicit in this behaviour by allowing Euro Car Park to harass their customers in such a way.

Without any warning or notification, unsuspecting shoppers who have been visiting the Savacentre shopping centre are now being targeted in this under cover car park!! It is apparent that for the 1st time in the 15+ years I’ve been a customer, wardens are prowling to fine shoppers for minor indiscretions. I parked just outside the bay to avoid a concrete pillar & allow my wife to exit the car & got slapped with a £50 fine! No warning is given to a sanction very suddenly imposed! Sainsbury & M & S want customers to spend at this outlet but appear to allow Eurocarparks to lay in wait to snare & fine them. Depressing!,
