Five Star Car Wash

Overall I had a great experience with 5 Star Car Wash and Tyre Services. The staff were really polite and I had a nice chat with a few of them.

However my experience was ruined a bit by the fact that they only had ONE chip and pin machine. My car was washed fore under £30 so I wanted to use my contactless card, ironically to make things quicker! However three of us were trying to pay using the machine at the same time, therefore I had to wait for over 5 minutes which was a shame

I live locally andhave been using for years, i am excited to take my very filthy car along tonight for a first class clean as always and helpful and freindly even do tyre checks and wipe changes on request plus a whole lot of other extras. love the service quick and friendly.

My car is sale ready once done and i am always impressed.

Visited today, they guys were nice and the whole clean (inside and out) can't have taken more than 15 mins. The car will be cleaned by hand (jet hose) and then go through a machine wash. The inside clean was good. For £10.50 it's very good.

I think you can pay another £5 and get the wax. You can pay by card (50p charge).

Overall; friendly staff, quick service and a decent wash. I will visit again.

I've been going there every month for 2 years. They always do a great job and very efficiently - my car looks brand new everytime. I've never waited more than a few minutes. Staff is polite and I'm very impressed of the work they do.

I took my new but very second hand car to the 5 Star Car Wash in Shepherds Bush a few weeks back for a full valet hoping that they would be able to bring her back to life...They did, and what a great job.

I got the full works internal and external.

Farrukh who I dealt with was very professional and polite and answered all my questions and gave me all the cost options.

I was able to drop the car before work and pick it up after. The car looked great given it was incredibly filthy when I took it in.

I would have not hesitation in recommending this place to others.

Five Star Car Wash were fantastic. Got there a little bit before opening at 7.55am but this wasn't a problem with the staff. Met by Asif (the manager I think) and he explained the different prices to me so I went for a mini valet - the way my car looked at the end you would of thought I had a full valet done.
The staff were courtious and attentive to detail inside and out of my motor - it was customer service with a smile.
Would recommend this car wash to anyone and will definately be going back - that's why I rated it 9/10 - credit to you Asif and the boys.
