Shambolic. What a terrible experience. 45 minutes for a basic wash. People wandering around aimlessly, chatting, smoking, occasionally cleaning cars. No order. All we wanted wash a basic wash. They had 3 lines and we were stuck behind people having a full valet. Painful. They could have easily divided cars by the service they want. Utterly terrible. And the car wasn't really washed very well anyway! Never again.
