USA Hand Car Wash

Not recommended at all, I've been there on 24/03/2022. can left there with complain.
They don’t even know how to wash, they just park cars close together and just imagine someone drying your car and the car next to you and behind you is throwing shampoo and water to your car.
At the end my car was all covered with shampoo and they wipe it with clothes.
When I complaint the staff in charge told me if you are not happy don’t come again, I don't’care you are not happy.

STAY AWAY! DONT LET THEM DRIVE YOUR CAR !

They reversed my own car on to they own work equipment damaging rear bumper boot lid and rear lamp! Got pics and vids to proof it!

No public insurance been provided!

Owner dont wanna take any responsibility for damages! Caused by his own employers!

Have been recommended to this place. I have found that they do a very good job for both my car and my van. To wash a car is £6 which is quite reasonable and £10 for a larger vehicle like the van. However I am informed today that they require extra money to clean the roof of the van. We are not talking about a transit Luton here it's only a little Peugeot Expert. I finally found this quite unreasonable and do not recommend anybody to bring a van like mine to this location. If you have a small car then the service you will find pretty good. Wouldn't you have thought that the extra £4 would cover to wash the whole vehicle not just the bottom half!!!?
