Unprecedented service when we broke down needing a new radiator.
Having arrived from Cornwall to Hampstead, and needing to get back to Cornwall on Sunday, they had the new radiator ordered, ( with some difficulty as it was an old model ) and fitted by late afternoon, Saturday. Regular updates by phone helped relieve the anxiety.
Amazing service- arrived back in Cornwall Sunday without a hitch.
I wish I could move their business down here! Thanks to Ahmed, the mechanic, and Charles, the boss.
Thoroughly recommend this garage.

I would just like to say that Palermo Garage is a one in a million . The service is exceptional.The integrity shown by the owner , Charles , and his hardworking staff means that I and my family and friends are all longstanding customers. Since my husband died their care in dealing with sudden mechanical failures for me is extraordinary. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to all of you.

It seems the locals value this garage highly. The management is friendly and effective and the staff courteous, especially Mr Ali (I don't know his first name!) who remembered my name and everything about my car even though I'd only been there once before. They make you feel really looked after. I intend to keep going back! Reasonable cost, great customer service.
