I had my cars ac gassed up today. Good service no waiting and polite staff. However I had to remove the temporary seat cover myself and I asked if the were going to spray disinfectant around the inside of the car where they had been working I was told that they didn’t have any disinfectant only hand sanitizers I had to use my own disinfectant to clean the car. In the times that are in it with Covid 19. I was disappointed

I am very satisfied with the service at Kwick Fit Acton. My BMW broke down because the battery was flat. After recovery, I was told to change the battery ASAP. I found the Kwick Fit by chance, I have to say...
The Battery was changed on the spot.
I had a free coffee while waiting.
The job was all done at a very good price and very quickly.
I am a very pleased customer.
Why should I rate it less than a 10 when everything went absolutely well!

Expensive, but gets the job done and much quicker and much better service than the other garages around the same area. I have now used them twice - once for my MOT (booked on the Monday, drop off Wednesday morning before work and picked up after work) and to change a flat tire (car dropped off in the morning without an appointment, picked up again in the afternoon all fixed!).
So, I would recommend but if your looking for somewhere inexpensive then don't go here!

You didn't print my previous review...... Someone answered the phone, he said that he couldn't give me a price for the job that wanted doing, because the computer didnt open for a further 10 minutes! Why answer the phone if not prepared to answer customer queries?? Needless to say, I went elsewhere.
I had to rate one star in order to enable these comments to submit. My true rating is zero for poor service.
If you don't publish this I will go to the omnibus man as it would seem that you are trying to "hush" fair comments!!

The Manager Steve (Acton branch) was very accommodating as it was a last minute panic for an MOT. Very happy with his customer service will certainly go back in the future.
