Auto Centre

The manager has got bad attitude and I am regular customer but this is last time enough!
All he needs his to take customer service course Level 2.
They fixed my brakes with high cost and I am complaining the service.
The only reason I am going to this place because it’s near me.

The centre was recommended as it was close and reasonable, I asked about MOT to the man that was in the office the reply was answered as if I wasn't there, no hello just was like what do you want, absoulutely no customer service skills at all, so if thats how new customers are treated i would not risk it, so took my car down the road.
Just basic manners and politeness goes a long way.

Had my car serviced here recently. Great staff, very knowledgable, informative and helpful. Good workmanship, good price. Highly recomended.

Took my 7 seater Vauxhall here for a full service and was impressed with both the workmanship and especially the staff. The mechanic not only explained but fully breifed me on how to prevent the same problems occuring and how I could save money. Having a large family any saving in my eyes is a good one..oh not to mention the price was cheaper than the previous three garages I have been to. Strong recommendation.

i went to get a full service on my bmw a few weeks ago and i was very impressed. they were very professional and knowledgable. they provided me with full details and documentation of the work carried out and the price was much better than my prior garage. its been 4weeks since and my car is running great.
