I went for my zafira mot which failed on few things. The guys quoted me the amount but they quoted for original parts which was a headlight and quite expensive but also given me an alternative to get the work done from elsewhere if cheaper. They are very friendly and honest people with an eye for detail. I did the work from a local place a bit cheaper and brought the car back but forgot to get a couple of small jobs which the guy suppose to do the mot did for me for free. I mean these people are excellent and I will recommend them to anyone.

Just been in for an MOT and a service and the lads are fantastic! This is the second year that I've used them, and had to leave a review as I know many places give great service the first year, then don't care when you come back, but this is not the case! In fact, they took care of me more because I was a regular customer! I felt welcomed and looked after, and as a woman, that's what I want from my garage! As well as good service of course, but these guys do both fantastically! Thanks again!

I was recommended to this garage by a friend and I'm glad they did! The guys are absolutely fantastic! It makes a change to find a garage that is actually honest and trustworthy and I will most definitely be going back! They actually talked me out of spending money because I didn't need as much doing as I thought, and so gave me their honest opinion and charged me less! I can't rave about them enough, really lifted my spirits by reminding me that there are still some decent, upstanding businesses out there with proper values, I will now a regular customer from now on, wouldn't go anywhere

I had to write a review about these guys because they are just fantastic! As a woman I find it so hard to go into a garage without feeling out of place or threatened, and these guys are just not like that! They are a proper family run place, and I've met the family! They were friendly, helpful, made me feel welcome and gave me a fantastic service! I really can't sing their praises enough, they are just brilliant! I am most definitely a regular customer now and would always recommend them to anyone that needs a garage locally!

I stopped off this morning and asked the guys about an MOT and a service, they were very friendly and very helpful, and talked me through all my options. I thought as a woman that they would take advantage of me and not knowing anything about cars, and they just didn't! I felt really comfortable and really at ease. I was happy to pay for a service but the guys decided I didn't need it and were happy to take less money off me but do the right job. A great bunch of guys and I am definitely now a regular!!

I phoned this garage to get a quote on behalf of my sister who scratched someone's car by accident ;0(. So they didn't take on any work as such but both of the guys that I spoke to, were patient not pushy or demanding that any work should be done by them and more than helpful in their advice. Makes a nice change aye.... thanks guys!!

i used this garage with short notice after relising my mot had expired, i gave b and p a ring and they said yes bring it now and we will do our best to get it done ready for me to be at an appointment elsewere. i was very satisfied and found them very helpful after they had got me out of a mess.

this garage is very welcoming . they r great mechanics and very good mot testers. if you need an mot then this garage is the 1 for you! work is very well undertaken and is dun quickly to meet customer needs .pricing is not bad but the garage do explain main dealer parts hav a better warrenty but pattern parts are cheaper if thats how i wanted to go ..i took my ford fiesta there with a noise and no mot also no brake lights ,i come away with a perfect legal car with no noise and working brkelights all for just around 55 pound , not bad i believe.

Had my MOT testing done here a few days ago and although everything was fine I felt that one of the testers there was a bit unwelcoming. For example I asked him if I could watch the MOT being carried out and he just said " just take a seat in the office". I then went to the office and saw a notice saying "MOT viewing room available". So I asked another mechanic there who seemed very decent if they had a viewing room and he said " yeah do you want to go" in a very polite manner and I said "yes". When I got to the veiwing room the unwelcoming mechanic again said "why dont you just go to the office". I replied by saying "is it a problem" and he said "no I've got one more test to do". And I'm thinking to myself so whats the problem if I stay. In business theres areas of knowing how to come across to people politely and having a welcoming/open behaviour to them instead of being rigid and closed off. This is just one example of my negative feedback for this garage. Also when I was in the office he the unwelcoming mechanic popped in to take a few phonecalls. When talking to clients, when coming to disscussing price he used to quote them and for some reason he taps the keyboard to make as if he was calculating something to the person on the other end of the phone but he obviously was'nt. These little things just portrayed a negative image of this one mechanic who seemed to be the manager there.
