Trade Tyres

We live in the neighbourhood just down the road. [H]is customers treat the neighbourhood like it is their dumping ground. They do their work all the way down the street and somehow the council seems to ignore it. Someone is definitely in the pay.

LOST CUSTOMER AFTER 10 YEARS
I have been coming here for 10 years but they have lost a customer, this is the first time I had an issue with the second hand tyre they fitted, and the way it was handled was disappointing. I purchased a second tyre. When driving the pressure in the tyre just fitted was still quite low but I used the internal function of the car to increase the pressure since we were driving 4 hours in the car, in the end we had to call AA and get a new tyre for £225. I had spoken to the owner who said he will issue a refund, when I came for a refund 2 weeks later, his worker started shouting at me saying he will not give me a refund. Apparently, this behaviour is common, a school friend who I hadn’t seen in ages, was getting his tyre fixed, he happened to witness it and said that same employee shouts at all females customers - that’s not acceptable. Anyway the owner asked me to send my bank details which I did, still awaiting the refund. Either way I’m not visiting this place again and will be notifying my friends and family who have been customers for years too.

I have raise a dispute with my bank account, they had asked me to send the WhatsApp conversations that the owner and I had. When I went to the messages, the owner had deleted all his conversations.

They are rude,haven’t got a clue between a legal tyre and a non legal tyre.they will sell you anytjing,the son is rude and thinks he’s untouchable,the place was much better run when his dad was there,known him for years,but dad shouldn’t of left it to the son.looks run down and a mess.
Don’t fix puncture properly or at all.
They lie about changing your tyres and actually don’t change them at all

This place use to be really good and friendly...I used to come all the time for many years as they were fast ...Since or when the son is in charge it s now something else...
The son of the boss who seems to be in charge now did worse tyre repairs i ever seen . he even pretended that was always done like this lol despite i m a very old customer who come very often..and wanted to charge me 4 time usual price to have the repair on my tyre as normal when i complained about the really bad work...
I can t believe how rude he was before and after the issue..He treats people and customers like dogs screaming madly on them and in all the street ! He feels he is the master of the place and the road where he ask client to wait...His dad knows me for many years and he has always provided a great service and be so polite and friendly...This is becoming even dangerous they just destroyed the Tyre..can t pass MOT with a tyre fixed this way... just ridiculous More than unhappy...!!! Ps doesn t seems to like French people just changed the price by 4 despite i m a very regular customer. i felt he took me for a tourist lol..Also last time they fixed it the tyre was still going flat...i didnt come back because Covid...this time was for a screw...I wish the dad was there....really unacceptable behaviors...seems i was not the only one seeing the heads of other unhappy clients.

Rapid service, these guys make an F1 pit crew look slow.
Also well looked after on price.
Will use again.
