Ref; unprofessional Job & damaged my wheel nut key.
On 06/05/2022 Friday I when to KENTON TYRE shop for changing my car's front tires.
As security wheel nut fitted, before handed over the key [ ] I have clearly warned do not damage that key.
Because
that I already had some experiences in the past.
So he said that to me if he damaged he will pay me back £80.
So I was very confident at that time what was he saying.
he was prepared with impact wrench rather than using hand wrench (this will make damaged the key, clearly says on any vehicle manual). & immediately he showed that key was damaged.
When I asked him about the refund which he agreed to do so, he said buy another key with the invoice & I'll give you the refund back.So I went to the dealer & get another one.When I came back to the shop to get the refund, He refused it.I think this make me shocking & cheated.So my advice if you go to that shop, it's your own risk if you go to that shop.
