just wanted to say that i went into one of the most helpful car shops that anyone would want to visit....! it was in east london on commerical road, the staff were keen to help even though i'm not the most experienced person when it comes to cars,
i needed to buy items for a garage to service my car and wasn't sure what i should take, the person told me what should be needed and also gave me a discount off my bill.....! this level of service reminded me of how america was ...
this is how all shops should be and all i can say ... thanks EONE MOTOR-CAR PARTS.

I went to e one shop in commercial road some time ago ,unlike your last review i walked into the shop passing 3 standing out side and 1 inside asleep behind the counter so i just turned round walked quitely out as not to desturb the sleeper right past i think was e one staff without question!!!!! never again.But i did use another branch in canning town, about 2 months ago, a bit hard to find, but the experience was so different,it was a saturday and there was 2 big men behind the counter.I think the much youger man was mic and the other he called dad,I was after a petrol stopping sealant they tryed and cheched all they had, but no joy,but they tryed to help,and i did not come away emty handed a tin of carb cleaner. i would recomend this branch, as i wright for a disability mag.10 out of 10.for service.

not a petrol head so did not no what i needed, gave the team my car specs, and given the right parts. very helpfull team.
