I have an cash account with abm on the 16/10/2020 I ordered oil,oil filter, and air filter for a Citroen c3 at about 9-30 am to be delivered by 12 noon I phoned to ask why I'm still waiting and
Was told they have been delleverd, as me and the wife never went out and I was working in the garage with fill cctv coverage which I can prove no one came to the address.I rang back and I was told that the driver had delivered and spoke to the wife who paid the cash for the items, someone is LYING it's not me , I have cctv to back me up, can't argue with cctv

Discovered ABM Motor factors when I left school and joined the motor industry in !980 . Their service is second to none and we are still trading with them on a daily basis . Terrific people !!!!!

Rang the shop for help on parts for my car and the staff were very very help full. I went to the shop to pick up what I ask for and they were so help Full yet again in telling me what I needed to do the job thanks again

I have lived in the area all my years numbering a lot and have always used their services always knowledgeable and helpful where possible, if they don't have the product you want they are happy to recommend other motor factors in the area that can help.

Very polite, friendly, professional and excellent customer relation, even on the phone.
I have never been inside the shop or set eye on any of the customer assistant but still very helpful on the phone, even if they do not have the product u end up wit good service.
