Knowledgeable staff who will bend over backwards to help you out - they keep a good stock of parts and on more than one occasion have managed to get me less common parts within a couple of hours of ordering them. Have really got me out of trouble before now when I might have been waiting days for mail/internet-order parts to arrive!
I couldn't disagree more with the previous reviewer re: price - in my experience they are very reasonably-priced (tools in particular!) More than happy to spend my money there.

Staff ok, products ok but I don't think that I have ever seen prices this high anywhere! At least 30-40% more expensive than Halfords who themselves are very over priced.
I live in Woodford Bridge where E-One is based and it is still cheaper for me to drive to Loughton to buy at Halfords!
I know a lot of people in the area and nobody uses E-One because of the excessively high prices.

Extremely knowledgeable counter staff along with great customer service brings me back to this little shop time and again. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
