I've been going to Riverside for years, Jeff's manner may ruffle the feathers of those who believe the customer is always right but if you know a bit about your bike and don't ask dumb questions he's a really knowledgeable and helpful guy.
The bike servicing has always been on time and on price and the shop has real character.
A great London store not a cookie cutter identikit shop.

Contrary to the previous poster i found Jeff helpful, i guess you find this place if you need it, and i needed it. Old Harley parts everywhere and a lot of knowledge. I came away with a couple of sets of good rocker gaskets for my panhead, the correct 50wt oil, and a lot of good advice. Jeff took the time to talk with me and answered a bunch of questions, most appreciated.
