I have visited ScooterDen twice now, once for sales and once for parts, and both times I've felt condescended by the male staff.

The first was on a visit to look into buying a new scooter. The sales guy talked me through the range helpfully, but after I saw that they didn't have what I needed and headed on my way, his parting attempt was to flood me with compliments based on my looks, as if this would make me likely to want to become a patron of their business. I left with distinct sense of having been observed, rather than served.

The second was on a visit about a minor mechanical issue with my bike - after being told to move my bike twice in very brush tones, I was eventually addressed by a member of staff who made me feel like a naive idiot for not having booked in prior to visit. My local bike shop will often take on board a 5 minute job at no notice, which is why I decided to give these guys a second try. Instead of saying 'so sorry, we can't fit you in', he sa

Went to the ScooterDen looking for a new Vespa. I found the staff very unfriendly. They didn't seem to care.... almost to a point of being rude. I said to myself... there was no way that I would give my business to them so I left. I ended up buying the new Vespa for the same price (£2800) somewhere else. It's their lost!
ScooterDen is the nearest motorbike shop from me.... but I would rather travelling a bit further for friendlier staff and better customer service.

i felt intimidated by the staff, they were all quite unfriendly and uncommunicative.
i felt they had manipulative methods of getting money out of you and didn't respond well when i asked what repairs had been done to my scooter.
i thought they were all quite arrogant and i would definitely avoid them if i had any choice.
there are plenty of motorcycle shops in the area, i wont be returning here in a hurry.

Stop telling lies to pacify customers in a stupid effort to cover their incompetence, it just makes matters worse. We bought a bike with delivery as part of the deal, 12. Days ago!! Still not here and we have heard every excuse. I hope when they (if they) deliver the bike I have bought I never have to deal with them again.
