I'd suggest not advertising items if you don't have them in stock, especially with a delivery date there is no chance of meeting... It's just not cricket..

I had my goldwing serviced and MOT`d by HGB specifically mentioning an electrical problem with the lights failing to come on travelled from Portsmouth to the shop went back a week later to find the bike had been mot`d but still the same electrical problem. service and mot £648 pounds

When my son purchased a bike a few weeks ago HGB agreed to install a new battery as part of the deal and to MOT the bike. A few days later the bike failed to start so the AA were called who diagnosed a failed battery due to its age. The battery on inspection was clearly used. Writing to the business has met with a stone wall. Perhaps posting reviews will encourage some proper customer service.
