I have used craft jungle on many occasions and have found them to be helpful.if they Didn't have what i was looking for they ordered it in special.
I have to say that i found the staff to friendly and helpful. The layout of the shop has changed making it easier to find what you are looking for.

Totally agree - they've either no idea what you're looking for or they've forgotten where they've put it. Usually get the total wrong on the till too. Drives me mad but the only craft shop for miles.

dont seem to know the business they are running, used them on a few occasions and really struggle to get them to show what they offer, you have to do all the work
