Disgusting customer service. The customer service staff and manager provide appalling service. I have had nothing but bad experiences. I did not receive my goods within the timeframe I paid for. When goods arrived two weeks later only half the goods were there. It took three weeks to get to the bottom of where the rest of my goods were. This was through continuous daily chaser emails with no reply. Phoning bothe the office and customer service manager direct was met with constant ringing with no one answering or being hung up on.
