Couldn't ask for a better gear store, and it's run by actual people rather than corporate cogs. Because of this, it might not always be perfectly smooth, but it more than makes up for it in character, stock and banter.

I have been buying from West End DJ for a few years now, the store is always busy and the guys there are lively. The Apple Store, it certainly isn't! However, I've always managed to find what I need here, most importantly for me, the guys really, really know their stuff.

I've had other stores feed me so much bull when the West End Boys just tell you what you need to know. i got some software once, a guy there spent over 2 hours helping me install it and showed me how it worked without charging me an extra penny.

I'm sorry, but my dealings with west end dj were a disaster. They firstly told me they had ordered my stylus, and that it would be a couple of days. No Stylus. Then they said that they would call me in two days. No phone call. I went back to the shop and, they told me that it was ordered, and that it would take 'a couple of days' and they would call me. No phone call. After two weeks of no contact, I called them to see if it had arrived, to which they replied that they were unable to get the stylus. Three weeks to 'order' something and then tell me that it was discontinued. Very unhelpful. Very disappointed.
