This was the worst experience I have ever had with a music shop.
The so called Luthier (Dennis) is a total joke, and is more interested in getting new customers that giving you your guitar back in a playable condition.
I called them at first and the woman who works in there (jackie) said that the guitar repair guy was highly sort after and is guaranteed to do a good job so I gave them two guitars one for a fret dress and electrics the other for a new refret and was promised them back within two weeks. After a series of lying empty promises and excuses 8 months (yes 8 months) later I had to threaten them and finally got the guitars back with many problems like uneven nut slots, flat uncrowned & unpolished frets (not one or two frets but, all of them) faulty electrics and a broken hard case to ad insult to injury.
I made some noise and they wrote me a letter of apology which I still have and gave me a minimal refund.
Alarm bells where ringing, every time I went to the shop to asked about the progress of my guitars in those six months a different customer was complaining or arguing about some other botch job that they hacked their way through.
Moral of this story is simple DONT USE SOUNDS WICKED they are totally rubbish in every way!
One star rating only due to the fact that they didn't deny they had two guitars of mine and I got them back.

Okay, so I took my amplifier to this grotty little shop in Harlsden where I had to wait over 15 minutes for the woman behind the counter to finish her personal telephone call. She took my amplifier off me and said it should be looked at by next monday. They never called and I rang up the following tuesday. I had to phone up several times to get through as they rarely ever answer their phone. I was told I needed to wait longer for the repairs. I phoned up the following week and got given the same story. I called up every week and they never bothered to call me for 12 painful weeks! I phoned today and they said they could not fix it - despite promising me they would call me monday. This is the most amature, unprofessional service I've ever come across. The staff are rude and disinterested, they don't ever return calls and rarely ever answer their phone. I was advise anyone wishing to deal with these people to carefully reconsider their options and avoid a painful customer experience.

I ordered a microphone at the beginning of July 2009 and am still waiting (Dec 2009). I have visited the shop on numerous occasions as well as phoning them. There is always an excuse as to why they haven't got the mics. It's either that they've just had a delivery & are still looking for it or that their collegue has put it somewhere. Do not buy from here as the service is terrible.
