Brilliant Service - got great advice when trying to select an amp!

Ended up buying a strap and I have to say the selection of straps available has to be the best I have seen. Go there to see what I mean.

I impulse bought a Jim Dunlop slide for 12 pounds only to find later that most other places sell the the exact same model for around 5 and the list price is 7.65, needless to say I will not be going back.

Run by a nice, enthusiastic group of guys refreshingly short of the sneery attitude of the heavy metallurgist till jockeys at other shops on Denmark Street. They actually appear to be pleased that you are, um, perhaps going to give them your money (a) during a recession, (b) with a weak pound, and where there is (c) rivalry on the internet for your spare quids. They do not appear to take the proffering of cash for things they are, er, selling as a form of personal insult. They do not ignore you in order to further perfect a Children of Bodom riff on a pointy guitar they can't afford while wondering whether there is someone, somewhere, out there for them (There isn't).

It is a guitar shop which it is a pleasure to visit. This is in stark contrast to some other outlets, which appear not to be commercial enterprises, but actually some form of ingenious experiment to see how far one can openly defy some of the more basic laws of economics and most generally accepted standards of social interaction before one plunges into the abyss/liquidation.
