I think they are very helpfull, they can look scary but they are very professional on what they do, I remember I went in there to get my guitar fixed but they couldn't do it because they needed something for the guitar to work, they said they were going to call me soon to see if they can get it and I thought well they'll forget about it, but soon after they called me saying they got it, so I was very pleased, such a great service. |

Each time I have visited Gigsounds the staff have beed very helpful.Their knowledge of the gear, guitars, amps etc is first class and they are tactful in providing instruments for demonstration, without any pressure. The guitars I have played, including Gibson Custom Les Pauls and SGs, have been of a really high quality, and these thorugh excellent amps. Highly recommemnded. |
