 The owners of this shop are complete professionals and really know their trade. They are very friendly, and their in house repair and tuning work is fantastic...very hard to find this type of quality and know how outside of India. We are very pleased and would highly rec them! |

After more than 1 year, they have not refunded my money back for an online order that never arrived, indeed i suspect they never had the brass uduku i wanted. They start an argue with me complaining and saying that i was not at home when the order arrived (but i have no receipt of incoming package recevived by the postman neither in the mail-office). It is incredible and intolerable such a treatment to a customer, that ended in a formal complaint to the e-commerce arbitration courts of European Union, that it is still resolving. I asked for my money back at least, then they said me that i had to pay for the shipping (of an order that i never even see with my eyes!!!). I said to them that i was not going to pay for that shipping of an order i have never seen, and their response was unbelieveable: "then you lose your money" !!!! Without comments... Simply cheaters, please avoid this shop if you plan to buy online, or be prepared for the worst with your order. |
