Tucker Brothers

I have used tucker bros many times over the years their service is of the old fashioned kind ,they're helpful and accommodating . They are always about the customer that's why I'll choose them over any of the larger chains . Delivery is usually prompt and on one occasion same day ! I recently changed my mind after I had ordered a product it was no problem and They did their upmost to try and accommodate all I was asking. I will be going back when I have decided on the exact product I require ,as it stands I've had a refund , thank you tucker brothers ,unbeatable service !

My Mother purchased a fridge freezer from Tucker brothers in November 2010 as we had used the Family firm for years.
Price slightly higher than Amazon etc but we thought that the convenience and local service plus offer to move the old applicance would outweigh the price differential.

The fridge / freezer arrived with a missing ventilation grill, a small rear dent and a small circular mark on fridge door. To add to our problems the freezer door was incredibly stiff to open so my elderly Mother found it a great struggle.

To cut a long story short it took countless phone calls and finally a service engineer's report to persuade Tucker Brothers to swap this appliance for a different make and model.
My Mother found the whole experience very stressful.

Along the way Tuckers demonstrated a lack of ownership in sorting the problem out, we heard different stories as to who was to blame depending on who we spoke to, and different opinions on whether or when the problem would be resolved.

Eventually, at the beginning of FEBRUARY the replacement arrived.

The only recommendation from me is to avoid the Firm.

I always buy at Tucker Bros and have been doing so for a very long time. They give excellent service are really friendly and very helpful. I often try the others, but always end up at Tucker Bros. No-one holds a candle to them

Tucker Brothers is a great place to shop. They know their products well and are happy to advise and guide you with no pressure to buy. You want to buy there because their prices are competative and local delivery is free and they take the packaging and old items away. I have bought 4 white goods from them and had no problems. Deliverers turn up when they say they will and are tidy and polite.

This sort of customer service is dying out but not with Tuckers. I highly recommend them.
