Sony Centre

I purchased s Sony Xperia L, my first smart phone. I did not know how to activate any of the functions such as, transferring files, photos, music, contacts,change ring tone etc. so, I rang the shop first to explain my problem. The young lady, Val, was very polite and when I got there, Ossie spent time trying to familiarise me with the functions etc. I left feeling that I knew my smart phone much better than before. the service was really good and I comment the staff at Tottenham Court Road on their friendliness an customer service skills.

Went into the sony shop to look at new 4k tv. Had a very friendly and knowledgeable shop assistant called Noel Allen. Made my overall experience very pleasurable and will definitely go back to make my purchase :)

Things had been improved. I have to say excellent service this time.very quickly solved my problem and repair my laptop and received within a week. I can recommend the service to my friends but I cannot recommend Sony product to my friends that much. because I had a bad time with my newly buy laptop. So next time when I am going to buy a Sony product I'll think twice. But customer service is excellent.

Having seen the other reviews, I feel this needs some balance, the staff have always been courteous and helpful. I have bought a few things here with excellent advice and good after sales service.

This ranks as the worst customer service I've ever received for an innocent enquiry. I asked whether they'd be stocking the Playstation 3D monitor. The man behind the counter first accused me of making up the product (because 3D monitors don't exist, apparently). He then said it was a Japan only item. When I showed him the listing on amazon.com he said it was an "online thing" and then when I showed it was at John Lewis, he just chose to talk over me at that point about how the store wasn't anything to do with Sony and they were a different company. Seriously.

A simple "no" would

VERY quick to sell- impossible to get any help from them post sale. Regretting every minute of buying a tablet from them, its been nothing but hassles and this centre dismissive and whoosing everything to sony support....is NO support either as impossible to get to speak to anyone. uselss allround
