I went to this shop to retrieve data from my old laptop to transfer to my new laptop (iTunes and pictures) I I received the worst customer service for 5 days! I never received a phone call to explain what was happening and every time I went in the guy was NEVER there! Finally after phoning twice a day for 5 days I went in and caught the guy and he told me he never had my Password!! He never phoned for it either! Had a bit of hassle to get my Coms back but kicked up a fuss and he picked them up of the floor under the desk!! Not acceptable for any amount of money! Would not recommend them at all!
