AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my LIFE. I have no idea how they are still an Apple authorised service provider, the manager is rude and they returned my device with scratches and dents. Avoid avoid avoid

Just got my Macbook Air back from repair. For the first 11 months it worked perfectly but then there was a minor issue with the screen. Honeylight managed to fix that but when picking it up the case was scratched, had a dent and didn't close properly any more. On top of that, new programs were installed ("Configd” and “mDNSResponder"), which interfere with the firewall so I had to disable it. Of course, Honeylight denies any responsibility and Apple wants me to prove that their authorised service provider is responsible. If you choose honeylight then make sure you take pictures of the entire device BEFORE handing it in, so you have a proof afterwards . Or just go to an Apple store, that takes a day or two longer to repair but at least you don't get it back in a worse condition than before.‎
