Total **** customer service. Took my computer for a simple repair, and recycled it without permission and then claimed there nothing they can do, no apology, no offer of compensation, nada. Lost the data and critically important of, pics of family. Next step court action.

Laptop came back after port charger repair with battery unconnected and screw left loose inside. Had to get someone else to sort. They failed to return call. Very poor service.

I have been taking laptop PCs and last week a Mac desktop computer to Fix (formerly Computer Mobile Services) for several years. They have never failed to sort out the problems quickly and inexpensively and always with a smile and good advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent job. Keep it up.

I started using Fix (CMS) a year ago when I was about to lose all my contacts when my blackberry broke down. Then again when the screen on my iPad broke. On each occasion I was given as much advice as needed.

Went there several time and every time I was satisfied about the service and price.
There is only one time they couldn't fix my mobile but I had good advice and direction to have my problem sorted.
Highly Recommended.

I have twice had my mac fixed here. The first time I initially went to the genius bar and they were going to charge me £400. These guys charged £100 and were really lovely and professional with it. The second time, my charger went and not only did they charge MUCH less than the apple store but they also let me leave my computer with them to charge overnight whilst I was waiting for their stock to arrive. They go the extra mile and they really know what they're doing.

Impressed, they definitely know what there doing, they got the data out of my water damaged iPhone, it took about two weeks but it was about the memories we saved, very professional and cool people.
