Awful service, totally ripped my friend off. Didn't end up making all the repairs they said they would, lost her charger and tried to give her a different one saying it was hers then tried to snatch her receipt from her when she complained. I definitely wont be going back.
We did try to speak to them about giving us a partial refund as services weren't delivered but he wouldn't listen. I feel I should warn others. Steer clear.

This writer according to her own statement indicated that its her friend who owns the laptop but herself which surprises me that her friend who have dealt with me over so many years didn't write anything however she is a computer literate as the complainant suggested on this site.
i have been in this business for well over twenty five years and served customers both in this city centers and across the length and breadth of London.Also i know the context and dynamics of addressing customers and most especially their possessions left in my custody. let me educate customers on this site about my system of handling customers computers brought to me on daily basis. i have form that every customer complete. In the form it spells out what whether or not a laptop or computer brought to my shop comes with the following; charger, cables, laptop bag, or computer bag etc.the name of the customer, problem with the device.A copy of this is then given to the customer and one copy attach to the customers computer therefore it will be difficult for such anomaly what she indicated to happen. Receipts given to customers are their own copy and reasonable person or company will seek to collect a receipt given to customers. Therefore i believe anybody reading my response and reading her statement will know that, what she has written is not a true reflection about my company.`
