CUBS Computer Warehouse

I purchased an economy priced power supply which became noisy after 6 months.

CUBS service was great and I actually used a complete refund against a slightly dearer EZCool model.

Having dealt with many web based companies, the service and civility was outstanding.

I would thoroughly reccommend buying from them.

Initially I was pleased with the service I received but further visits revealed that I had been led up the wrong path. I ended up nearly £300 to repair an old laptop when I could've added another £100 and bought a new one.

Very disappointed with their lack of honesty and realistic pricing.

I find the atmosphere is great; nothing is too much to ask.
The helpfulness and willingness of the staff second to none.
If they cannot supply it or fix it, no one can,
There prices are very competitive.
I come from Gloucestershire and still save money, highly recommended, and the postal service is excellent.

Just used this very friendly business in North Finchley. Got very easy non techy conversation going and as a result got my PC and also my Laptop repaired.

Very reasonable price and extremely good service. Would recommend it to all my friends.

Very bad service. Very rude staff. I had my laptop serviced here. It was very badly damaged. Please don't go here.

I have been a customer for 13 years at Cubs Computer Warehouse. The service I get there is better than PC World and also they always have stock. They are very helpful people. When I have a problem with my computers they are quick to provide solutions.
There prices are quite reasonable. I would always recommend them to my friends and customers.

I would not recommend this establishment for computer repairs.

I took my beloved laptop here as the DC connection was not working properly. This was repaired however when I got home (with my wallet over £100 lighter) the wireless internet wouldn't connect & a message was popping up about a (mysterious) USB device! I don't think the work at CUBS was professional and my return to have the new issues fixed was treated as an inconvenience to the staff, and lost me 2 days of work.

Customer service was terrible considering I was 99% sure that the new issues occured when my laptop was taken apart by CUBS. I was left feeling extremely ripped off.

I hope this helps someone out there. I recommend that you look around for another repair shop if you value your computer!
