Panos and Wojtek understand their industry, take time to understand their customers problems and offer solutions that work for extremely reasonable prices. They are friendly and quick to respond. Their computer and networking skills and definitely above average. In my 7 years of dealing with them, I have always been totally satisfied with all my interactions with this firm and their staff. Was not pleased at all, would not go back or recommend it to anyone, took my computer for repair and had to take it back as the problem was not resolved, second time round I waited for 2 wks for their as I was advised, had to chase them myself,they seemed not sure when I called to arrange picking it, it was handed to me from under a pile of things discovered that problem was not solved if not worse, they did not have the curtesy to clean it which obviously collected dirt & dust from mishandling,

Extremely good and friendly service. Totally trustworthy advice.
