Had a crashed hard drive and they fixed it without loseing any of my data or files, they were able to retrieve everything.I have had computer problems in the past and they have always sorted them out, Quickly and never at a rip off price To Be well Recomended!!!!!!!!!!!

Very very good indeed. My Laptop expired and I took it into Digitech on a lunch time and it was fixed and ready for collection at 4:30 that afternoon. As a first time customer, I thought that was excellent. They initially suspected a Hard Disk problem and were at lengths to make sure that if that were the case then I could lose the contents of the disk, so did they have my permission to go ahead. in the event the problem was extended memory but their customer care was exemplary.

Digitech have put together for us computer systems, got them up and running and dealt with our troublesome internet problems for at least the last ten years. I'm fairly computer illiterate and it is great to have such good backup on the doorstep. The staff are always extrmemely helpful and knowledgeable. They will custom build machines for my use (basic office functions) to machines for my son (gaming) at competitive prices. Best of all is that they can deal with any subsequent problems in a timely way. Would be able to recommend unreservedly.

I have used digitech for many years.
It is an amazing shop--amazing because the staff are--helpful, honest, knowledgable and caring.
They make sure they give you good advice and are very different to other computor shops as they try and keep the prices down and only advise or sell what is required to do the appropiate job.
I am no expert but they have helped me so many times when I was in trouble.
I can unhesitatingly recommend digitech for anything to do with computors.
