The London Bed Company

I bought two very expensive top of the range beds from this company. A Jensen was purchased from Selfriges, which I have been delighted with, and also the after care service. The other was a Tempur, which was purchased from Furniture Village. The matress on this bed has not softened over a period of four years and I was told by another retailer that my bed was still under guarantee, which I was not informed of. Over a period of two months I have spoken to the manager of the store I purchased the bed from and each time I have been promised a visit, but am still waiting!!!
