Can someone please advise me if this business is closed down, I went there on occasions to finish paying for my kids bed and the shutter is down.

Very helpful, delivered my mattress 8am next day so my day wasn't lost, very good customer service skills which is lacking in many shops today, highly recommended.

I purchused a bed and headboard from Beds 4 U
They were very polite and helpful in the shop and was patient with me has i was deciding what quailty of bed i wanted.
A very wide range of beds to suit all i was impress with how quickly they delivered to my door they communicated on the phone the time of delivery

I have bought 3 beds from here and collected myself in the car. Staff are friendly and approachable. All beds were single size for my children. Not a problem at the shop or collecting. Have had these beds for about 3 years and all going well.
Need a new bed for my son as he is very tall first place I will shop to get a bargain!!

I bought a bed £500 within a week the brace in the middle of the bed which holds the slats up broke in half. I did go back to the shop to explain and ask for my money back, instead they gave me a new brace which did exactly the same. Then the third time was we can’t do anything because the manager was not there. They are a family run business and do this a lot so you would get fed up and give up. They are the worst people to do business with and rude unhelpful and incapable of running their shop. In other words they are useless and a complete ripoff and suggest to everyone do not buy a bed mattress or anything from there. Buyer be where.

Went to the shop and the staff where helpful. Paid a deposit on my bed then paid the rest of my bed a month later, they didn't phone or bug me for money which other companies do. Delivery was organised for the Monday and was here for 10am. Only improvement would be if they could assemble the bed for you :)

I bought a single bed from this store , displayed item with stains on it was delivered to me. The bed was too large to fit my staircase they refused to refund my money and left the bed blocking my neighbour stairway and they were so rude their customer service is unspeakable and tge called the police to get me out of the shop. I will be getting in touch with trading standard tomorrow. I gave 1 star because I could not submit review with 0 star

Purchased two mattresses in October & can't praise the service highly enough. Staff were very friendly & efficient & there was no pressure to buy. Delvery was very smooth & mattresses carried up to bedrooms. Would recommend to anybody looking for a new bed/mattress. Very impressive service from start to finish

I have bought beds and the best memory foam mattreses ever and great value from this shop the staff are really nice .and treat the customers in a pleasent and pro style would and have recomended to friends and family so if its good enough for my efamily it will be just as good for your so please go ahead and when getting a new bed try here

Purchased 2beds which were delivered the following day, at the stated time.
Whilst in the shop I observed customer interaction with a difficult shopper, service was handled very well!

I have bought two (2) beds from beds 4 U and I must say the beds are worth every penny and the staffs there are very professional. I would recommend anyone looking for value for money to shop with them.
If you buy a bed and is not satisfied with it, they do an investigation and give you a replacement no questions asked. I must added the deliver your bed and fit it up for you and if they have any promotion going on you will benefit from such a promotion like free pillows and any other freebies.
You can leave a deposit at their office on any item of your choice and pay the rest upon deliver of your item when the delivery men arrives.
