Sleepwell Bedrooms

We first bought our divan bed with mattress from Sleepwell in 2004 and have since purchased wardrobes and bedroom furniture from them, as have our friends and family. The service staff have always been helpful and accommodating and the fitters were good too.
Would definitely recommend them for their products and I've managed to save a lot in delivery charges! Thank you guys for a great service.

I bought a bed from this place, after it was delivered and fitted in my home. I realised the bed now in my house is not what I wanted exactly. So I got in touch with the store immediately (the day of the delivery). The shop owner was being extremely unhelpful and almost very defensive, and said they "can't dismantle the bed without damaging it"...he then said, "its now second hand", he continued to make excuses like "you saw the bed, you liked it, you bought it", and when I explained my consumer rights, he then said, the only way he can pick it up is if I dismantle it myself and find the boxes that his workers dumped outside, place all the bed parts into the boxes ("boxes have to be undamaged" aswell by the way) which was impossible for me to do. So I never got my refund or the bed I wanted. I would not recommend this place to anyone! your better off paying 100 pounds more at big retail outlets and actually get the bed you want and good customer service, unlike this place!

Small Showroom but an amazing range of bedroom furniture, great prices and they have a fitting service for all their flat packed wardrobes and furniture. Customer service and attention is really good, they delivered when they said they would too!!
