I bought our mattress at Beaumont Beds in Walthamstow 15 years ago. Excellent service and a very good product. It's still firm and comfortable, to my surprise, as previous mattresses I'd bought didn't last that long. I'd come back for another one, when it's needed, if I still lived in the area.

Terrible experience, worse customer service in years.
If this is the last place in the world for getting a bed, I'll sleep on the floor rest of my life.
I have many details but, I don't gonna loose my time.

Beaumont Beds in Walthamstow totally let me down - not only was the delivery late but I honestly don't think that the sales person cared. Eeer, it took a bit longer than anticipates? Wow, if as a bed shop you can't estimate how long it would take me to get my mattress and customer services are awful - what can you do?
