They need to hire cleaners who have a minimum level of English.
They need to let clients know when they cancel:
They need to explain to the cleaners what the priorities are (cleaning the bathrooms for over an hour and not doing any hoover or ironing or folding the laundry is the most common occurrence)
They need to send the same cleaner every time because having to explain everything all over again and again to 6 different cleaners in one month makes not really worth it to have a cleaner at all.

When this service is good, it is very good and when it is bad it is diabolical. It is extremely difficult to get a regular cleaner and as a result standards of cleaning can vary drastically. Despite giving this company many chances, we have seen little improvement. Unfortunately the customer service team are extremely rude so if you do employ their services make sure you take pictures of any breakages (which seem to happen a lot) as they will try at all costs to pin the blame on the home owner.I spend way too much time dealing with these issues! More of a hinderance than a help to be honest!
Amazing overall experience. I liked the cleaners very much, came prepared with mops and liquids and did a really great job. The booking process was easy but I felt I received a tad more phone calls than necessary. I'd suggest better organisation within the firm. Apart from that minor thing, everything was excellent. I will continue using them for sure.
I really liked the firm. They were quite the professionals and informed me on any minor change or update from the team through texts and calls. I liked that, it kept me informed on what they were doing over at our place. They had all the priorities laid out on them and I think they kept them all. I checked through the place but I couldn't find anything to complain about. Great service, quite efficient process and hardworking staff.
We had a combined deep clean + window washing service with Fantastic Cleaners. My idea was to renovate the living room so it becomes a nice and shining spot for everyone. The guys were amazing and really helpful, they dusted the place from top to bottom and a separate guy washed the windows from the outside with those long poles that squirt water from the top end. They were punctual and kept a good working environment, I wouldn't see dirty rags or buckets of muddy water, scattered around. Jolly good job, thank you Fantastic Cleaners.
Booked this firm for an End of tenancy cleaning and I can say the overall service was pretty great. When I called I was initially transferred a couple of times which struck me as strange but finally the process started running smoothly and we were on track to a tidy newlike flat. The staff were great, a tad disorganised but it all worked out nicely in the end. I loved what they've done with our carpets, they smelled nicely (the carpets) and looked wonderful.
I was quite positive about Fantastic Cleaners as I have heard good things about them and finally decided to trust them with the sanitation of our flat. I liked how the staff seemed ready to do almost everything for us. After we've talked everything through, the cleaners began with their job and as soon as four three hours later the place was spotless. Well, there were a few overlooked areas but it was so insignificant that it's almost not worth mentioning.
I think that Fantastic Cleaners is one of the best choices for a quality service. We had a very specific situation on our carpet, involving mustard and pork grease. The stains were awful and the carpet was getting fetid when I called them for help. Then a cleaner with a machine came the other day and did his best to restore the carpet's colour. He was nice and proved to be a real expert. It really wasn't anything special, he just scrubbed a lot and washed the spot a few times but it wasn't me doing it.
Well, it really was a great service and the nine stars are well deserved. Being a landlord keeps me busy and I need it clean both at home and over at the property. I think I've already found myself a personal help in the face of Fantastic Cleaners. The guys are always at my convenience and we understand each other with a few calls. Booking them is always the better alternative.

I hired the Fantastic crew for a one-off clean because I liked what the service included when I'd read about it on their website. I was supposed to had them over for three and a half hours but they managed to slack a few minutes off it by coming late. However, no biggie, I'm happy that the flat is clean and tidy now. The lads were professional and happened to be quite adequate for the job.

Great value and wonderful cleaning - that pretty much says it all about Fantastic Cleaners. The guys were polite and the booking went smooth and easy on me. I just had to give my address details and my priorities; everything else was handled by them. When they arrived, the team greeted me and checked again the details with me. Then they cleaned; and oh my, how they cleaned.. I've never seen such hard-working lads. Recommended.

A nice choice for a cleaning service. The cleaners are good, although their methods and technique need a little polishing - I caught the guys wondering what to do and where to continue on at some point. However, the job was done nicely and when you add up the decent price, you get an excellent overall experience. This is definitely the best clean team that has ever been in our home. They were friendly, chatty and actually worked hard through the whole time. I called them to wash our carpets directly on site because they are installed and can't be removed. That requires special equipment and technique which I don't possess and this is where Fantastic Cleaners come in the picture. The guys worked fast, without missing anything. Lovely work, thank you.

Frankly, I expected a little more from the company. They did a great job but I guess I made up this image in my head of the perfect cleaning service which was not exactly completed. Anyway, the team did a wonderful job and have been of great help with all the provided domestic help. They were nice and polite and I recommend them.
