We used this service for our move-out cleaning and it was an absolute disgrace. We paid £700 for cleaning and steam cleaning of the carpets and the move-out report failed the cleaning on all accounts to the extent that we had to pay another company for doing an entire re-clean. We contacted the MD and he refused to help us out. Don't ever use this company -- you will end up wasting your money!! |

 I used A+ recently to have them clean my property before I moved in as it was in a really bad state. When I called the office they were really helpful and although they didn't have space on the day that I requested they somehow sorted something out for me so I could have it done on this day which I was really pleased about. When the cleaners arrived they were dressed in uniform and very polite, they had a look around and explained to me the cost of the clean before starting so I knew there would be no hidden extras, they did a remarkable job, working quickly and efficiently and they even cleaned the windows and removed some rubbish for me. I would recommend A+ to any one who needs a really good clean and will definitely be using them again. |

I used this company a few months ago to restore my wooden floors which were completely ruined, when I called the office they were more than happy to help, listened to all my requests, and were more than happy to take on the difficult tasks I proposed to them. When their staff arrived they were happy, friendly and very professional. They got straight on with the work and explained what they were doing every step of the way. The finish was brilliant, they tidied up after them selves and I would highly recommended A+ to anyone. |
