We used this service for our move-out cleaning and it was an absolute disgrace. We paid £700 for cleaning and steam cleaning of the carpets and the move-out report failed the cleaning on all accounts to the extent that we had to pay another company for doing an entire re-clean. We contacted the MD and he refused to help us out. Don't ever use this company -- you will end up wasting your money!!
